We are looking for an energetic results-oriented individual who is expected to perform a variety of duties in the managing, supervision and retention of CAREGivers in order to maintain compliance with regulations while providing the highest quality service to clients. - Provide leadership and management of the HR Department focusing on operational efficiency by managing the outcomes of the departments activities
- Develop and manage the annual operational HR plan and budget
- Achieve the annual operational plan's hiring and retention goals
- Actively participate in teaching, coaching, supervising and appraising CAREGivers
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources... or related field
- 3+ years experience in Human Resources
- Experience with Caregiving
- Effective written and verbal communication
- US Citizen or Green Card holder
- Valid driver's license and vehicle
