About this job

We are a home care company specializing in the non-medical care of older adults.  We are looking for an energetic results-oriented individual who is expected to perform a variety of duties in the managing, supervision and retention of CAREGivers in order to maintain compliance with regulations while providing the highest quality service to clients.  The successful candidate will possess effective communication skills that will inspire and motivate others through training and coaching and supervision.  Please submit resume to:  reed.kovalan@homeinstead.com.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and management of the HR Department focusing on operational efficiency by managing the outcomes of the departments activities
  • Develop and manage the annual operational HR plan and budget
  • Achieve the annual operational plan's hiring and retention  goals
  • Actively participate in teaching, coaching, supervising and appraising CAREGivers
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources... or related field
  • 3+ years experience in Human Resources
  • Experience with Caregiving
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • US Citizen or Green Card holder
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle
