- This Lead will be performing all duties remotely at the Huntsville office location for the Columbia Office
- Support all office staff with answering incoming calls and record any messages for all office staff.
- Process billing and payroll (includes processing and printing reports, data entry, and assist with finalizing of hours)
- Manage collections accounts of 60 days or less past due (contact client through phone, email, and/or letters weekly). A list must be turned into Finance Manager(FM) by Friday of each week of who has been contacted and balance due. If account reaches past 30 days or two invoices , assistant must notify FM to review for discontinuation for services or possible legal action
- Answer and problem solve questions in regards to long term care insurance and other 3rd party payers, clients' invoices and caregivers' payroll
- Assist with long term care insurance claim filing and follow up with clients and insurance carriers
- Assist with finance department reports
- Prepare of ACA compliance reports each payroll cycle
- Assist FM in preparation for yearly open enrollment
- Maintain ACA worksheets and track all employee hours
- Audit client files weekly
- Complete employee verification forms within 24-48 hours upon receipt
- Process payments in Clear Care and QuickBooks
- Assist FM on any special projects as needed
- Accounts Payable
- Occasionally overnight travel to the Columbia, SC office may be required as needed.
- 28-30 Hours Per Week, Hours are 9:00 am -5:00 pm
