Data & Reporting Analyst

LogistiCare is currently seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst. The Data & Reporting Analyst has a critical and visible role in i) company-wide reporting, internal and external to client and operations ii) supports data needs across DART and FP&A iii) basic analysis of business data for the management of the company. This position requires very strong technical and analytical skills and the ability to manage concurrent assignments with sometimes very tight deadlines. This individual must be able to exercise independent judgment in determining the scope of assignments and discretion in utilizing sensitive information. Essential Functions - Utilize internal databases and reporting tools to generate daily/weekly/monthly reporting - Build, validate, query, and analyze reports/models from large datasets using tools like Access or Excel - Proactively, independently and thoughtfully develop reporting tools - Manage multiple activities under tight deadlines to ensure timely and accurate completion of responsibilities - Develop intimate understanding of report summary roll ups and create summaries with drill down capacities - Interact effectively with external and internal clients through written, verbal, and in person communication - Ad-hoc analyses and reporting for leadership team in all markets and corporate functions - and use discretion in handling all assignments that relate to the core business. REQUIREMENTS Education - Required: Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems / Computer Information Systems - Preferred: Strong technology background Experience - 1-2 years of relevant work experience - Robust knowledge and experience using Relational Databases/Access/SQL/Excel/PowerPivot - Proficient with streamlining existing reporting structures and implementing new ones - Has been responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting databases, data tables, and reports - Ability to work across departments and interact with very technical and non-technical personnel - Detail oriented while able to visualize how the granularity fits the big picture - Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively - Strong analytical, critical reasoning, and problem solving skills - Exposure or familiarity to any of the major BI systems (Tableau, Qlik, MS PowerBI, etc.) - Bonus: Healthcare or Financial Services Industry background LogistiCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
