Automation Personnel Services is seeking Member Service Specialists for an electric company in the Fort Oglethorpe, GA.
Pay rate: $11 per hour with intermittent increases
Job Description:
Scan and email customer correspondence as needed
Account & Bill review/explanation (Charges, fees, etc.)
Start/stop service request
Set up Payment Arrangements
General office, data entry, record keeping
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience
Customer service, clerical testing for placement
Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish)
Experience in Utility is also a plus
Associates degree preferred
