CNC Machinist

Immediate Need!

Must Haves:
- minimum 3 yrs CNC milling experience
- proficient in setup and editing to machine parts to specs
- proficient in reading and machining from prints.


Position Responsibilities
* Set up, adjust, and operate all of the basic machine tools and many specialized or advanced variation tools in order to perform precision machining operations.
* Observe operation of machine and verify conformance of machined work piece to specifications.
* Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisor.
* Measure and examine tools in order to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications.
* Perform inspection of machined products including documentation of results.
* Complete and maintain paperwork for parts.
* Read drawings/blueprint or job order for product specifications such as dimension, tolerances and tooling instructions, and determine sequence of operations.
* Perform routine mechanical maintenance on machining equipment.
