Human Resources Analyst

Description of Position:

The Human Resource Analyst position is responsible for performing human resource administrative work and providing analysis of various human resource programs and initiatives. The primary responsibility includes benefits administration, reporting, and compliance as well as HRIS reporting and management. 

Requirements of Position: 

Candidate must have strong knowledge of benefits administration and VIBE or other HRIS system knowledge required. Benchmarking, analysis and compensation experience in necessary. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to include ability to use formulas, macros, v-lookups, pivot tables, graphs and more. Familiarity with SharePoint or Office 365. Bachelor's degree in human resources, or related field and 5 years of HR experience. 1-2 years Payroll experience preferred.
