Position Summary:
- Hands on leadership role that includes supervising the front line staff to execute servicing of dining room venues, room service, seasonal operations, and Great Room while improving customer service scores.
Experience:
- High school diploma required.
- College degree required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a fine dining establishment required
- Able to operate all kitchen equipment.
- Food Safety certification required
- Commendable knife skills
Skills:
- Computer literacy, hospitality skills, ability to multi task, language proficiency
Physical Job Requirements:
