Logistics Billing - Full-time / Part-time

Immediate need for experienced Billing Specialist.
Hours: 8:30am-5pm, M-F
Must be have early/late hours availability.
Do you have prior logistics experience and are advanced in excel? If so, you would qualify for this Billing Specialist position at a large 3rd party logistics company.
As a Billing specialist you would be auditing accuracy of billing data in the WMS system, computing costs and rates, constructing invoices primarily using Excel, and distributing all customer invoices within weekly deadlines while working closely with the Finance team, Operations Teams.

Essential Skills:
• Ability to develop Excel reports and business correspondence and maintain business procedure documentation
Ability to interpret numerical data and to calculate costs using Excel.
Ability to manipulate data from Excel, sort tables, subtotal and extract tens of thousands of lines of data using formulas.
Ability to interpret and apply contract billing terms.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and/or external customers
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variable in situations where only limited standardization exists
Ability to multi task and prioritize
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel a must
Logistics experience a must


Education and Experience:
Associates degree or equivalent experience
