JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Performs a variety of administrative functions
- Schedules appointments, and provides information to callers
- Composes memos, transcribes notes, researches and creates presentations
- Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports
- May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget
- Communicates well in writing and verbally
- Able to function with little or no instructions
- Comfortable interacting with managers and executives
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Able to type 40+ words per minute
