About this job
This job reports to the Facilities Manager. This is a part-time position with working most Saturdays.
We have three family-owned self storage facilities here in Fairborn, OH. This person will float to our other locations in Fairborn. We are only seeking to fill three (3) days per week which may include a 6 hour Saturday. We are seeking a friendly, sales oriented person to permanently join our team.
JOB SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
Leasing Agent with excellent sales skills, good phone voice and appearance, computer experience a must using Microsoft Word, Excel, etc., flexible schedule and must be physically able to open garage doors and do cleaning of office and units. Being able to work independently will be a plus. Must be able to fill in during manager vacations and during snow removal season.
