About this job

The gig:
Global holding company within the financial & creative space is looking for an executive assistant floater
The particulars:
Providing admin backup within finance, legal and communications.
The hours are from 9am-6:30pm, with flexibility to stay later for events.

 Scheduling meetings, meeting prep (e.g., printing relevant docs and circulating participant bios)
 Event production (e.g., ordering supplies, managing RSVP lists for events, etc.)
 Project management assistance (e.g., drafting check requests and contracts for approval).
 Research assistance.

We do want a smarty with a background in non-profit (college degree from 1st or 2nd tier university), but also a willingness to take on administrative tasks and be a team player.
