About this job
This is an Executive Receptionist position supporting a global holding company.
Seeking candidats who have supported very high level people, and have worked with VIP clients/guests.
Hours: 3-4 days a week, 12am-8am, and either Saturday & Sunday 10am -- 10pm.
You must also be comfortable and strong on the phones, arranging travel and car service, and calendar management.
