Administrative Assistant
- Job Type: Direct hire
- Compensation: $14.00 to $16.00 / hr DOE
- Location: Atlanta (Buckhead)
- Assist with the opening process for new locations
- Manage the calendar and assist with project planning
- Prepare / update presentations and corporate correspondence
- Plan events and grand openings
- Organize and attend evening events
- Travel to assist the CEO and leadership team with openings out of state
- Set up lunches and executive meetings
- Run errands for office supplies and as needed for the CEO
- Must have an Associate's Degree or higher
- Must be highly proficient with MS Office - Word and Powerpoint, basic Excel experience
- Must be able to type 40+ WPM
- 1 - 2 years recent prior work experience as a receptionist / administrative assistant with regular interaction with executives
- Must be a polished communicator - written and oral communication skills
- Must be available for occasional out of town travel
- Must have a flexible schedule to work overtime as needed, which could include weekend events
- Must be willing to submit to a thorough background check and drug screen
