Core Job Responsibilities: Paralegal
• Identifies relevant moderately complex legal issues related to commercial agreements and related assigned matters; synthesizes information collected; proposes well-reasoned alternative solutions to management.
• Drafts and prepares a variety of legal documents, correspondence, and reports that are standard legal documents or that require a minimal amount of original writing. Performs analysis and assessment.
• Performs substantive legal work that requires knowledge of legal concepts commonly included in agreements of all types
• Receives agreement requests, reviews agreements, drafts and negotiates changes to agreements
• Properly utilizes appropriate and efficient word processing techniques such as mail merges, redlining and word searches
• Drafts non-standard agreements as directed by management or resident counsel.
• Resolves routine and moderately complex to complex legal issues concerning various types of agreements within established department guidelines and with minimal supervision
• Performs independent analysis of unique issues concerning various types of agreements and proposes solutions to attorney
• Capable of assessing the broader impact of legal decisions on the business
• Represents client externally to customers, suppliers, competitors, opposing counsel; resolves legal issues
• Prepare documents for EDD, Labor commission, and issues related to labor relations ligations. Work closely with Human Resources.
• Performs related duties as required.
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION:
• Provides legal support to businesses supported by Yadav Enterprise concerning a variety of agreements such as confidentiality, research, investigator-sponsored studies, material transfer, marketing agreements, clinical research-related agreements, quality agreements and other miscellaneous agreements.
• Resolves legal matters for assigned responsibilities.
• Supports the business in the achievement of business objectives by communicating advice of the Legal Department and managing legal risks to the corporation.
• Comprehend, adhere to, maintain and communicate department policies, procedures and processes
• Performs light administrative duties

QUALIFICATION.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree required
• Paralegal certificate is required
• 2 or 3 year experience
• Exceptional Interpersonal, verbal and written skills
• Microsoft Office ( MS Word, Excel and power point)
• Flexible mindset and willing to adapt to change
• Passion for what you do and good sense of humor
• Proficiency with via desired, but not required
• Commitment to professionalism and collegiality.
• Able work effectively with internal and external clients
• Able to multi task under pressure
• Attention to detail
