Overview of Position:
The Investor Services team is seeking a candidate that will be able to manage multiple priorities, is a quick learner not afraid to ask questions to get the job done correctly, and will deliver timely, accurate and professionally presented reporting to our investors.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited, to the following:
  • Preparing and providing transactional communications regarding capital activity of our private equity funds.
  • Follow-up with investors on capital activity notices, and coordinate with other departments within the firm requiring support for reporting transactions.
  • Replying to auditor confirmation requests, investors' quarterly requests, as well as adhoc requests from our investors and deal professionals.
  • Managing the distribution of investor financial reporting each quarter for our numerous funds through to completion.
  • Communication to our advisory committee, providing materials in advance of meetings and on an as-needed basis, consents and similar communications.
  • Maintain all investor reporting websites by working with the vendor to ensure the site is operational and performing as expected.
  • Provide administrative support to General Partnership Accounting Team, which manages reporting to active and former partners and professionals of the firm.
  • Maintain sufficient documentation related to onboarding of new partners, transfers of interest, tax reporting and investor data to meet regulatory requirements and provide such to auditors and others at their request.
    Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of work experience; Financial Services/Private Equity background in an Investor Services role is preferable.
  • BA in Marketing/Communication is a plus.
  • Good organization skills along with strong time management and project management skills. Must be quality conscious, detailed oriented and have a strong ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. This role is required to communicate with investors, investment professionals and managing directors.
  • Ability to problem solve and demonstrate good judgement.
  • Advanced experience working with databases, extracting and formatting data and advanced knowledge of Word and merge functionality with Excel and Excel formulas. Experience using The Next Round (TNR), SharePoint and/or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Hard-working attitude, willing to put in the necessary time to get the job done. Flexibility to work overtime with little or no advance notice. Demonstrate selfmotivation and ownership of assigned work.
  • Ability to work with all levels of management and employees in an open team environment.
