AC/HVAC company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join its team!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Handle 100 calls/emails from customer to handle invoice discrepancies

-Schedule service appointments for residential households

-Log all inquiries/complaints into internal database

QUALIFICATIONS:

-HS Diploma/GED

-Bilingual in Spanish is required

-At least 1 year of high volume calls

-Must be able to accommodate a flexible schedule for seasonal business
