Facilities Technician

Identify maintenance and repair needs for all facilities,perform minor HVAC maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work, making minor repairs, and responding to work order requests from city employees

Provide grounds maintenance around Town Hall and Town Square parking garages by picking up trash and debris, emptying trash receptacles outside, and sweeping porches,

Provide general housekeeping for Town Hall and other city facilities by cleaning Council Chambers, meeting, training and beak rooms, monitoring restrooms for paper goods and for cleanliness, ordering and maintaining inventory of building, janitorial and break room supplies, moving boxes and furniture, cleaning water
fountains, replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs and door locks, and setting up tables and
chairs for meetings.
