MENTOR Oregon is seeking Direct Support Professionals (Caregivers) to provide assistance to adults with disabilities in a residential setting.
Provide assistance with daily activities such as:
- meal preparation and planning
- medication administration
- personal care
- facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals
- on outings in the community
- providing transportation to work or other activities.
- partner with clinical staff to support therapeutic and behavioral plans
We are currently seeking Full Time, Part Time, and On-Call Direct Care staff to work graveyard shifts in one of our residential homes on the east-side of Portland.
