PLEASE NOTE: Applications without a resume or work history listed, will not be considered for the position. 

This position requires the employee to schedule appointments, give information to clients/applicants/employees, take direction and otherwise relieve officials of clerical work and minor administrative and business details. The employee also assists the manager in the recruiting and scheduling of applicants, ordering supplies for facility and running errands as required.
This is a fast-paced position, incumbent will be expected to perform, meet tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects. 
Qualified applicants will have at least 1-2 years of Administrative Assistant experience, preferably in an aviation environment.

Job knowledge, skill and ability:
*The ability to use mathematical operations (addition, subtraction, etc.)
*Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communication, office systems, and record keeping
*Skills to use a personal computer and various software packages
*Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.
*The ability to work as an individual but as part of a team.

Minimum requirements: 
*Must be at least 18 years of age. 
*Speak, read, write and understand English
*Must be computer literate
*Previous Administrative Assistant experience required
*High School diploma or GED
*Possess VALID Driver's License for at least 1 year with a clean driving record (w/out LOFS 21 Restriction) (license cannot be suspended or expired).
*Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, 10-year background check (criminal/employment) and be able to obtain airport security clearance.
*Available to work evening shift (5:00 PM to 10:00 PM including weekends and holidays)
