Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

One of my clients is looking for multiple Customer Service Representatives to join their team. If you may be interested, please apply!

Job Description:

- Customer care representatives are trained and ready to answer any questions customers may have about the product.

- Customer Care representatives will be trained on the details and functionality of the product so they can answer calls and help walk customers through procedures to fix or troubleshoot.

- Handle inbound calls and have enough knowledge to explain protocols for different situations and determine whether or not a technician is in need of being dispatched.

Qualifications:

- Customer Service experience

- Great communication skills
