Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives who are eager to get their foot in the door within an office setting!

This position is for one of the leading mortgage subservicing companies in the United States specializing in servicing loans on behalf of commercial banks, savings banks, credit unions, insurance companies, mortgage banking companies and state and local housing finance agencies nationwide.

These roles will be working primarily with their existing customer base.

In this role you will:

• Help with resetting passwords
• Retrieving log-in information
• Updating addresses
• Taking mortgage payments over the phone as well as troubleshooting other basic technical issues involved with the registration process.
• Handle between 40-70 calls/day.
• Candidates will also be asked to make outbound calls to verify client information
