About this job
Aerotek is hiring immediately for 2nd shift Customer Service Representatives to begin work the first full week of June! This is an inbound, customer service position that will be working in a call center environment with the ability to cross train and develop!
Hours of Operation: Between 12pm-11pm, Sunday-Friday (closed Saturdays)
Pay: 14.50-15/hr
Requirements: Customer service experience (does not need to be in a call center), This position will have metrics involving handle time and call volume. There will be anywhere between 4-8 minutes per call. They will be taking anywhere between 5-10 calls per hour.
You will be supporting different departments so the content of the calls will vary. The calls will not be scripted. There will be pop up windows that provide a script for training and resources for you to take advantage of!
