VAA-Assembler - Full-time / Part-time

Android has immediate general production openings. They assemble the center consoles, headliners, rear axles, front corners, along with condenser, radiators and fan modules. Each of these 5 cells consist of 8-12 stations in which employees will rotate each station every 2 hours. Candidates will be cross trained on all stations within each cell. Candidates must be able to keep up with 72 jobs per hour (500+) per shift or one part ever 47 seconds. The only variance to this would be for center consoles which is every 80 seconds.

Candidates will be using the equipment listed below:
-Torque Gun
-Electric Drill
-Industrial Hot Glue Gun
-Electric Screwdrivers

2nd/3rd shift

2nd-2:30 - 10:50

3rd- 10:30 - 6:50

Starting pay is 11.25 and goes up to 12.00/hour when you go permanent after a 90 working day probationary period. Android/Avancez has incredible benefits and long-term advancement opportunity with several people that we have placed getting promoted up to team leads after being hired in.
