Bilingual Medical Receptionist - Full-time / Part-time

Job Title: Bilingual Medical Receptionist

Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay: $14-15.50/hour

Location: St. Paul, MN

Position: 6 months contract to hire

Start Date: 5/21

Work Environment:

• This is a fast pace clinic that most of the patients are Spanish Bilingual. The will be working with a team of receptionist.

Qualifications:

• 6 months Medical Experience - ideally receptionist background but would be open to schooling

Job description:

*Greet patients in a prompt, courteous manner.

*Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating accurate demographic information into organization's EHR.

*Obtain revenue by recording and updating financial information; recording and collecting patient charges other fees as appropriate; completes insurance eligibility.

*Optimizes patients' satisfaction and provider time by scheduling walk-in appointments per scheduling policies/procedures.

*Promote and assist patients in enrolling in Patient Portal.

*Answer questions and offer other information, as requested, to provide patient-focused service and a positive impression of the organization
