The Net Revenue Management team is an integrated business unit, working across Sales, Finance, Marketing and Supply Chain to drive strategic growth initiatives for the Laundry & Home Care division of Henkel. This position will lead the change in Henkel’s go-to-market strategy, driving excellence in Revenue Management, evaluate analytics, identify opportunities, and drive decision making.

 

 

What we offer

This role will act as a key expert in Revenue Management, leading change, driving price & assortment innovation by maximizing EBIT return on sales. Lead in-market core Trade and Assortment analytics for priority brands (brand ladders, pack price curves, PVP) Review market trends and create associated reports for key brands and packs Analyze product volume, margin and competitive prices to provide guidance and recommendations Determine and implement price and trade guidelines on brand/pack/channel (& region) level Monitor execution, e.g., consolidate and create summary reports across accounts, channels, regions Partner with brand teams to link brand objectives to pricing and assortment guidelines Maintain pricing and assortment performance scorecards and participate in market reviews Partner with Brand/Sales to develop customer sell-in stories when needed Provide ongoing feedback on effectiveness of NRM approach, toolkit, and key enabling processes to COE  

Qualification:

Who we are looking for

Undergraduate business degree or other discipline (e.g., mathematics, economics) that requires extensive quantitative knowledge Graduate (MBA) degree preferred >5-10 years of relevant business experience is preferred Demonstrated proficiency in NRM (knowledgeable at all aspects of NRM; deep expert in Trade & Assortment management) Comfort with modeling and advanced knowledge of Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint is required Demonstrated professional success (e.g. top evaluations in current role) Advanced writing and communication skills, and ability to interact and persuade senior-level individuals as well as actively participate in meetings and group discussions with individuals from various parts of the organization (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Finance) Ability to lead detailed complicated analyses, as well as determine basic analyses required to support pricing & assortment decisions (e.g., structure the problem, collect data, identify issues and present results
