About this job
The Manager, HR Systems -- Talent and HR Communications Processes, is responsible for providing strategy, process, and technical expertise to our Human Resources organization. This position will serve as an internal advisor to Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Diversity & Inclusion, and HR Communications leadership, helping them to streamline operations, implement new solutions, and make enhancements to existing programs. To be viewed as successful in the role, the HR systems Manager will need to be able to think strategically, as well as be comfortable getting into the details of FCA's processes, technology, and business needs. He or she must be able to understand the desired outcomes of their business customer and translate them into solutions that achieve those goals. Strong project management skills are critical, as responsibilities include coordination between business customers and ICT, as well as leading complex global projects.
This position also has responsibility for managing company portal(s)/website(s) -- the Employee portal, Employee Recognition, Total Rewards, FCA Group Careers site as well as the Retiree sites for US, Canada, and Mexico.
