Retail Installer - Full-time / Part-time

Job Title: Installation Lead/Installation Assistant

Summary:

Installation Network Members needed to assist in the installation and removal of fixtures and merchandise in a retail environment for a Leading Nationwide Installation Company

Job Description:

• Tear down and assemble gondolas/displays
• Daytime and nighttime opportunities available
• Signage installation
• Inventory handling
• Loading/unloading freight

Job Requirements:

• Applicants must pass background check/drug screen
• Must have valid driver’s license, transportation, smartphone/tablet to download an app for reporting completions/submitting photos
• Must have a basic toolbox with a hammer, rubber mallet, power drill/ power screwdriver, level, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.
• Professional appearance critical, must comply with dress code including collared polo style shirt, work boots/shoes (shorts, gym shoes not allowed).
• Must have the ability to work alone/unsupervised and with a team depending upon project requirements.
• Must be able to transport materials from a local warehouse to the retail store (trailer; closed preferred) a benefit but not required
• Ability to interpret and execute assembly instructions, project manuals, and planograms
• Must have the ability to lift 50-75 lbs., stand for extended periods, bend and carry boxes and work for extended periods with hands/arms overhead
• Must be able to perform pre-calls to store when necessary, and interact with a Call Center supporting efforts when technical questions arise
• Must be able to operate in a safe manner while maintaining an organized work area
• Must be able to coordinate efforts with store personnel and customers, as work will occur during business hours

Hourly Rate: Based on Experience
