Maintenance Tech.
Basic function: Routinely perform repairs, maintenance and emergency duties of facility and grounds.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Tech will participate in rotating emergency call schedule.
- Routine and emergency repairs.
- Implementing & maintaining landscape of facility.
- Participate in running errands.
- Moving, installations, replacements and deliveries as directed.
- Maintenance Tech will assist in set-ups and take downs for events.
- Participate in emergency and severe weather circumstances.
Qualifications: HS diploma or GED. Ability to use both arms and legs and able to lift up to 50#. MUST have valid drivers license.
