Area Host - Park Operations (Male) (Seasonal)

Hours for this position are Seasonal

Sweep and pick up trash, empty trash cans, clean restrooms, wipe off tables, pick up and return trays to Restaurants, Squeegee puddles off walkways and benches, interact with guests and provide assistance

Requirements and Competencies

• Experience working with people preferred.
• Good communication skills
• Be exposed to fumes, dust, and/or odor
• Be exposed to loud noises
• Be exposed to motion
• Be exposed to water
• Wear protective gear when required
• Work in cold temperature extremes
• Work in hot temperature extremes
• Work indoors with air conditioning
• Work indoors with no air conditioning
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Work outdoors in shaded areas
• Work with chemicals

Primary Responsibilities

• Answer any questions guests have, assist lost children, always maintain a friendly and courteous attitude towards guests.
• Demonstrate excellent quest interaction and "hospitality" skills at all times.
• Remain in assigned zone sweeping, cleaning off tables and removing litter from flower planters.
• Empty trash receptacles when full.
• Clean and dry sinks, mirrors, counters, floors and toilets, floors must be mopped as needed.
• Monitor queue lines at each location in your area, open more as needed and direct quests,
• Conduct area show counts where necessary.
