Automation Personnel Services, North Branch, is looking for a Vibrant and Energetic Sales Manager for a demanding client located in the Jersey Village area. This is a temp to hire position.
REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years of hands on Sales Manager experience
Leadership Skills, Analytical Skills, Customer Service skills, and Communication Skills
QuickBooks Enterprise 18.0 or similar accounting software package
ACT! V.18 or similar CRM software package
Microsoft Office especially Excel (Outlook, Excel, Word)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Create team effort and unity with the Sales Team and other support departments
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Set targets, performance plans, and rigorous objective standards for sales representatives
Design and implement a strategic Sales plan that expands the company s customer base and ensures its strong presence in the market
Recruiting, training, objective setting, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Provide expertise when setting and adjusting pricing plans and discount rates
Provide advanced negotiation expertise
Attend outside sales meetings with key vendors and company sales representatives
SALARY: $45K $60K annually with performance bonus Depends on capability and initiative
