WEEKEND ON-CALL SCHEDULING COORDINATOR for ALTERNATING WEEKENDS
This position is offered as Part-Time while working from home. Hours are from Friday at 5pm through Monday at 8am (15 hours). Company cell phone, laptop and training provided.
The Weekend On-Call Scheduling Coordinator is expected to perform a variety of on-call duties.
Primary Duties:
WEEKEND ON-CALL SCHEDULING COORDINATOR for ALTERNATING WEEKENDS
This position is offered as Part-Time while working from home. Hours are from Friday at 5pm through Monday at 8am (15 hours). Company cell phone, laptop and training provided.
The Weekend On-Call Scheduling Coordinator is expected to perform a variety of on-call duties.
Primary Duties:
- Answer each call in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner
- Build relationships with clients and CAREGivers over the phone
- Coordinate client and CAREGiver schedule changes/issues/concerns/emergencies
- Find replacements for any CAREGiver call off/sick calls
- Enter and maintain accurate client and CAREGiver records in computer
- Counsel CAREGivers on quality assurance concerns as needed
- Answer each employment inquiry in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner as needed
- Provide caregiving services to clients, when unable to fill a shift in a last-minute/emergency situation
- Must be available weekends and holidays to answer calls and respond
- Must be able to travel to clients in Southeastern MA and provide services in a last-minute/emergency situation
- Office experience required
- Must be problem solver, friendly, organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively
- Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills
- Ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues, the franchise owner, clients and family members
- Ability to present a professional appearance and demeanor
