What we are looking for:
A caring, compassionate person, who has the ability to care for others and the desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors. As the industry leader for in-home, non-medical care, Home Instead's CAREGivers have a special bond with their clients. 

Skills:
We do provide training prior to working as well as training throughout employment. While you do not need a medical degree to work with us it can be beneficial to have some experience with the elderly. Have you taken care of a family member or neighbor? Have done volunteer work in a nursing home or for a community organization?  

Duties Include:

&bull Light housekeeping
&bull Meal Plan & Prep
&bull Medication Reminder
&bull Dressing
&bull Bathing
&bull Person Care (if needed)
&bull Transportation
&bull Errands

CAREGiver Job Requirements Include: 

• Clean background check, drug screening, and fingerprints
• Reliable transportation
• Drivers must have clean driving record and auto insurance
• 21 years of age or older
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Personal or professional experience preferred, but not required
