About this job
Once Weekly someone. preferably with their own tools and supplies, cuts grass. In consultation, monthly/weekly prunes, maintains vines/shrubs/tree as needed. Controls weeds weekly/monthly as needed. Alerts when/if watering system and/or grass/shrubs/trees are in need of special attention.
Grounds keeper-
Spring(Mar, Apr, May {Debris removal & pruning as needed};
Summer June, July, Aug { {Debris removal & pruning as needed}
Fall (Sept & (Oct -pruning & debris removal) Fall cleanup {Debris removal & pruning as needed}
Pay rate- $100- $125/mos.(one day weekly); spring/summer/fall & fall cleanup.
