About this job
Scare Squad Event Special Performers must:
- Demonstrate specialized skill ability functions such as bungee jumper, slider or advanced improvisational character and ability to wear a specialized costume suit.
- Demonstrate skill in one or more beginner performance techniques, including but not limited to acting, improvisation and safe guest interaction
- Follow simple direction and ensure consistent performance quality
- Be able to perform in extreme temperatures and full-body costumes
- Be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from September 21nd through October 28th
- Be a part of the Scare Squad specialized team in our popular Howl-O-Scream event
- Maintain safety standards and ensure consistent performance quality
- Maintain a positive, guest focused attitude; quality problem solve to a positive resolution; and value people and children at all times
- Perform up to 8 hours nightly providing "Safe Scares"
- May be required to stand, crouch, or stoop for extended periods of time
- Some positions require team members to wear a mask and or harness as part of the costume
- May also be scheduled for media appearances and outside events
