-Attention to detail, able do pay close attention to small pieces.
-Prior experience either with assembly, inspection exc.
- Mics and cals are a must!

Prior inspection experience
-Experience using measuring tools

1 on 1st
1 on 2nd
1 on 3rd

*If they can train on 1st for off shifts it is preferred but not a deal breaker
