Now hiring for a long term customer service opportunity in Beaverton, OR!
Job duties:
- Answer high volume of calls regarding billing, change of addresses, and other questions from utility company customers
- Inbound calls in a call center environment
- Data entry of call information into computer system
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- Preferred 6 months+ call center experience
- Reading and writing ability in English
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- High levels of empathy and patience
- Spanish speaking highly preferred
- Strong computer skills
