Drafter

Create drawings for use in the production of concrete products.
Build layouts, elevations, sections and field connections during the shop drawing process for both structural and architectural projects.
Work on teams with engineers, sales, and/or project managers to effectively manage projects, resolve design issues, and answer questions and solve problems for production, customers and contractors.

Work on 2-10 projects at a given time. Submit drawings to contractor and then move to another project while wait for contractor to send back requested changes.

Work proficiently with AutoCAD, REVIT, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Meet deadlines.
Work independently and stay on task despite daily interruptions.

90% will be design work at desk and 10% will be interaction on the floor with the quality department and other departments as needed.
