Retail Manager - Full-time

Music Man Inc is seeking a full-time manager with band/orchestra experience for the Port St. Lucie location.  Creativity, innovative thinking, superior communication skills, and the desire to help others enjoy the wonders of music is required.  The manager position will help Music Man Inc grow this locations lesson studio, faculty, rentals, and customer base.

The Manager Position will assist and coordinate in, but not limited to, lesson scheduling and billing, retail sales, instrument repair assessment, contract management, site management, customer relationship management, financials, and inventory control.

Note:

This position is for our Port St. Lucie location however will require meetings and other infrequent trips to our West Palm Locations

Required Qualifications:

• Prior Band and Orchestra instrument knowledge
  • Knowledge beyond High School performance
• Sales Experience
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Detail oriented and organized
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
• Communication skills
• A strong desire to grow and succeed

Desired Qualifications:

• 6+ years band and orchestra experience
• Band, String, Percussion knowledge
• Music and or Business Degree

Salary will be based upon experience
