Maintenance Technician

This company is seeking candidates who will be responsible for performing both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on equipment. Mechanical troubleshooting includes hydraulics, ball screw replacement, gear boxes, rebuilding gear boxes. Electrical troubleshooting experience would include being able to read a multimeter, troubleshoot contacts, relays, proximity switches, photo eyes. Candidates will need to be able to change the inputs/outputs on PLCs. Candidates will also troubleshoot 3 Phase motors up to 480V and will be responsible for the wiring and rebuild of any motor utilized in the plant.

When candidates aren't performing a repair they are responsible for performing preventative maintenance or training themselves on troubleshooting robotics with the tools provides by the company.
