About this job

Position Summary:
This incumbent will work in an inbound call center environment and be responsible for communicating with brokers, management companies and business owners on a daily basis via phone and email. In addition, this position requires ongoing communication with our sales, customer service, and dispatch teams.

Answer phones and respond to customer requests

Utilize company software to perform contract reviews and sign-ups

Maintain accurate data entry on all customer accounts

Provide customers with company's service information

Identify, research, and resolve customer issues

Accurately perform data entry on a large quantity of contracts/documents

Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved

Recommend process improvements

Utilize email communication as required

Appropriately direct non-customer related calls
