Duties:
Updating Customer Database such as:
Name & Address corrections
Third party shipping updates
Flagging accounts as (GPO) Group purchasing organizations
Flagging accounts with specific notes & instructions
Assisting New Accounts coordinator with:
New Accounts Set-up
Web order retrieval & processing
Linking customer to website
Call report updates
Assist Customer Service with:
Answer overflow of calls
Assist customers with returns and replacement orders
Gathering information to research products and parts
Ability to identify vendors and parts needed (once fully trained)
Process orders, returns, quotes, create part numbers, etc. (once fully trained)
Follow up on quotes, open sales orders, emails, etc.
Skills:
Hourly rate: $14.00hr
Hours: 8:00 - 4:30pm (Monday - Friday)
The ideal candidate will have strong time management skills, have strong math skills along with being very detail oriented.
