Summary:
B2B sales never looked so good!  As the brand market ambassador for Integrity, you will play a key role in identifying, analyzing, consulting and closing new business each week and month in your market.  Our successful Branch Manager’s generate new leads through marketing calls, visits and networking; analyze prospective clients’ needs and customize ideal strategic recruitment and staffing solutions; are self-motivated and accountable to meeting sales metrics and quotas and make a professional difference in the market you serve.

What you’ll do:
•    Set and attend sales appointments with key decision makers who hire at prospective client companies
•    Develop, write and present solutions based proposed services
•    Support, implement and execute strategic marketing and communications plans, driving consumer engagement and awareness of the Integrity brand
•    Grow revenue to help support the organization’s goals
•    Conduct and attend local networking and marketing events to generate additional leads and referrals
•    Establish rapport and develop long-term business relationships with clients over the course of an extended sales cycle and account management
•    Achieve the required monthly quotas and new account goals

•    Must be willing and able to complete all job functions within established deadlines (as established by your Manager) on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis.


Your Credentials: 
•    Minimum of 3-5 years of B2B sales experience.
•    3+ years Staffing Industry experience required 
•    Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with ability to work effectively with little or no supervision.
•    Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships, particularly with hiring managers, business owners, presidents and CEO’s.
•    A proven history of meeting/exceeding sales quota and objectives.
•    Bachelor’s degree preferred but not necessary; we’ll consider the right experience over a degree.
