We have an opening for talented individuals to fill the role of Production Associate in Georgetown, Kentucky.
As a Production Assistant, you will be responsible for completing inspections per quality guidelines and prepare for assembly and shipping. This assembly position is also responsible for accurate record keeping of scrapped materials, assembly of components into finished parts and stacking parts according to product guidelines. This position requires consistently standing, bending, stooping, twisting and lifting a minimum of 25lbs for 12 hours shifts. Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred, but not required.
At the point of full-time hire, they offer the following: perfect attendance awards, referral bonus of $200.00 for employees at 3, 6, and 12 month anniversaries, full benefits package, success sharing bonus paid once a year, 10 paid holidays, tuition reimbursement program, paid vacation of 80 hours after the first year, 120 hours after the fifth full year, annual performance based merit increases, plus much more.
Working Hours: 12 hour rotating schedule/ 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am shifts available.

Potential candidates must be able to work 12 hr rotating shifts while standing 100% of the time, will be lifting up to 25 lbs consistently, using chisels, scrapers and rubber mallets to assemble components in a fast paced environment.
