Currently seeking reliable hard working individuals with great customer service that are looking for a great long term placement with a healthcare medical company!!
This is a 640 hour contract to hire.
The position starts: 7/16/18
Pay: $12.50/hr
Schedule: M-F with one day off and then work every Saturday from 9am to 1pm.
Environment: Call Center, fun energetic culture, fun competitions, get-togethers over potlucks.
Job Description:
This position is supporting the United Health Group program for setting up mammograms. Preventative care for the outreach program (annual mammogram screening). Will be working in the consumer engagement department. We need people who care less sales and more empathy. Need to empathize with members. Will be full service program. Scheduling, handling appointments, checking in to make sure they are reminded for the appointment. United Healthcare Medicare business. Will be making outbound calls and will be working on a dialer. Back to back calls, with 1min brakes. 50 calls a day/avg, but will be higher to start.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 50% Scheduling
- Excellent customer service
- Healthcare background
- Call Center background
- Type 30 WPM
