Bachelors Degree Lab Technician - Chemistry $16/hr.

We are currently hiring for Chemistry Lab Technicians for an entry level role with a great company. This role is a contract-to-hire that is looking to find the right individual and convert into a long-term, career opportunity.

A Bachelor's of Science degree is required for this role, specifically in the fields of Chemistry or Biochemistry.

Pay rate for this role starts at a minimum of $16/hr. depending on background and experience.

This role will provide the following functions:

• Sample preparation such as weighing, impurity testing, extractions, etc.
• Working in an analytical lab performing tests on meat/bone products, as well as pesticides and greases.
• Running instrumentation such as GC, GC/MS, GC-FID, fat extractor, Elementor (lico) as well as do wet bench chemistry.
• Will work alongside chemists preparing samples and reagents. Will also be responsible for tracking tests through the process.
• Gravimetric testing for impurities.
• Other duties and functions as needed.
