Objective:

Generate inquiries and grow the Company.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for researching, developing and supporting relationships with referral accounts that produce new business. Perform all phases of the sales process, including preparation and documentation of prospect outreach, follow-up, diagnosis of client needs, development of tailored Home Instead ® services. Maintain and nurture existing referral accounts.
  • Generate inquiries from target accounts that add new business and grows overall market share. Target accounts include, but are not limited to, hospitals, physicians, home health agencies, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, senior centers, hospice, funeral homes, etc.
  • Respond to new client service inquiries and conduct new client assessments. In conjunction with the business owner, develop sales and marketing plans, detailing weekly and monthly activities focused on meeting or exceeding established goals.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Home Instead Senior Care brand (including marketing efforts and public relations) and industry trends. Effectively presents Home Instead Senior Care marketing materials and services to referral providers, including 1:1 meetings, as well as planning, arranging and conducting formal group presentations to referral providers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls presentations closed sales new revenue and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain database of referrals and inquires.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Conduct client/CAREGiver SM introductions as needed to support new clients
  • Participate in various PR strategies in the communities and with the accounts we serve
  • Education/Experience Requirements:
                College degree or equivalent work experience
                Related business or sales experience (consultative sales a plus)
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to work in the healthcare field
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
                Excellent oral and written communication skills
                Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
                Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills
                Discretion, integrity and fair-mindedness consistent with company policies
                Ability to organize and prioritize daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly work
                Must have computer skills and be proficient in Word and Excel
