Home Instead Senior Care is seeking a Full Time LPN to serve as a Nurse Coordinator. The Nurse Coordinator will perform a variety of duties:
- Schedule and conduct Quality Assurance visits with clients according to the Q.A. frequency guidelines and complete Q.A. logs
- Perform Consultations with prospective clients
- Introduce and train CAREGivers on their first day with a client as needed
- Counsel CAREGivers on client care issues and provide ongoing hands on training as needed
- Write and update client assessments ensuring all care issues are addressed
- Provide training to new CAREGivers during CAREGiver Orientation
- Provide Fill-in and Short Hours CAREGiving as requested
- With the use of a company car, you will travel around the north suburbs and Chicago daily.
