Service Writer / Estimator - Job Responsibilities:
- Examine Tractors/Trailers to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical, and interior damage.
- Ensure the required documentation is complete and in compliance.
- Estimate cost of labor and parts to repair or replace each damaged item.
- Be willing and able to perform work in a shop environment, as well as
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Service Writer / Estimator - Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Good understanding of collision repairs
- Medium to heavy-duty truck experience is a plus
- Prior dealership experience is a plus
- Valid in-state driver's license
- Professional personal appearance
- A People Person with excellent communication skills
- Have a high moral standing or willing to work towards one
Service Writer / Estimator - Job Benefits:
