Ways you will make a difference:
- Partner with the CFO and senior leadership to provide detailed financial analysis and strategic recommendations on varied initiatives across all levels of management
- Collaborate with the Group President and operational experts and build relationships within the business
- Develop presentations and messaging for senior leadership
- Synthesize conclusions and develop recommendations based on data you have gathered
- Capital Investment Decision Process – evaluate projects to determine if they meet ROI criteria, as well as support the long term growth of the business
- Real Estate – provide store pro-forma analysis and other property evaluations for the company
- Store Performance – analyze operational efficiencies and expense controls to ensure profit is maximized in each location
- Marketing Campaigns – partner with Marketing to evaluate advertising and media campaigns
- Merchandising Initiatives – evaluate inventory management/merchandising initiatives
- Presentation preparation and KPI performance reporting
- Develop 1, 3 and 5-year financial plans and budgets
- 1-2 years of Financial Analysis, Consulting, or Investment Banking experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics preferred
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- Demonstrated aptitude with Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple engagements and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment
