Field Operations Supervisor San Francisco Bay Area - Full-time / Part-time

SOS Security has an immediate full-time position available for a Field Operations Supervisor.

Essential Duties May Include:

• Driving / Patrolling
• Carry out Inspections of assigned sites on assigned shifts, ensuring that Security Officers maintain the highest standards.
• Assist Operations Management by ensuring Security Officers are correctly uniformed and are maintaining the highest standards and adhering to all post duties.
• Maintain thorough records of site audit findings and report them in a timely manner to both regional and branch management.
• Assist Operations Management with the training and scheduling of current and future Security Officers.
• Assist scheduling staff to fill open posts as and when needed.
• Create incident reports and notify the appropriate personnel in the event of an accident or emergency
• Must pay great attention to detail and possess the ability to execute good judgment in difficult and/or emergency situations

Successful Candidates will possess the following:

• Prior security experience required
• 1-3 years supervisory, lead officer or military experience preferred
• Valid California Guard Card
• Valid California Driver's License with a clean DMV report
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Must be fluent in English and possess excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be able to work for any employer in the US
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background investigation
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, Associates Degree preferred.
• Minimum 18 years old

Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling. Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walk up inclines and on uneven terrain. Additional physical requirements may include, frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
